Ethos Array Systems – Live Sound

Ethos CA is an ultra compact fixed angle array enclosure suited to a wide range of applications. With horizontal coverage of 90 degrees and vertical coverage of 20 degrees, the cabinet can be used in isolation or combined into an array of up to four boxes. Each cabinet contains an 8” Neodymium cone driver which is passively combined with two waveguide mounted 1” Neodymium compression drivers. With a cabinet impedance of 16 ohm’s a four cabinet system can be driven from a single amplifier channel, while system control is provided by the Logic System DP2140 controller. Each box has a central connection point, which enables cabinets to be quickly and easily joined together with a link bar and Kwik Lok pin. Applications for Ethos CA include A/V presentation, church, theatre, discotheque installation or as a side hang for the bigger brother Ethos VA Ethos CA can be used for vocal reproduction without the need for bass support, or combined with the Logic System B300 bass cabinet, when bass support is required. A pair of Ethos CA cabinets can be linked and used on a pole mount using the integrated variable angle Tophat mount, or alternatively a system can be flown using the Ethos CA fly frame.
